Brain Tumour pathway
- If your treatment for your brain tumour started at GOSH and you are now reaching 16, your team will begin to talk to you about moving your care to the team at UCLH.
- If you are still on treatment, or completed treatment less than 5 years ago, your care will be transferred to the neuro-oncology team at UCLH.
- If you completed treatment more than 5 years ago, your care will be transferred to the Long term follow up clinic at UCLH.
- Your team at GOSH will talk to the team at UCLH and give them all the information about the care you have had, and any specific things that are special about you.
